Let Suz know if you can sign up to help with any of the To-Do’s on the calendar. In particular, we need help:
- Emailing the groups that have RSVP’d
- Designing the EcoFest Butterfly logo
- Plan SEA’s own table and activity
- Planning the order of performances during free hour
- Making the map of which table which organizations get
- Posting quarter cards and posters (library, bulletin boards, res-halls, catonsville, arbutus…)
- Chalking
- Social media outreach / guru
